Acupuncture can be used in conjunction with other methods or on its own. It is better to do more acupuncture than less. Pregnant women usually continue acupuncture treatment for the first three months of the pregnancy. A lot of women opt to have acupuncture throughout the entire pregnancy to enhance the health and well being of herself and the child. Acupuncture is also popular for the preparation of the birthing process.
